This Refreshing Blueberry Banana Smoothie is perfect healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
• 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries no need to thaw
• 2 large fresh or frozen banana no need to thaw
• 2 scoops of EatGoodFeelGood Chocolate Blueberry
Protein Powder
• 1 1/2 cup almond / coconut milk
• 1 tbsp chia seed
• ice if using fresh fruits
Instructions
