When you need a recovery drink, or you just want something besides plain water to nourish and hydrate your body, this Berry Spinach Smoothie will gladly fill that role.
Ingredients
• 2 cups frozen spinach
• 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
• 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
• 2 table spoons of EatGoodFeelGood Chocolate
Blueberry Protein Powder
• 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender.
2. Blend until smooth, adding a bit of water if necessary to help.
3. Enjoy immediately.
